SpiceSend provides best-in-industry compensation and benefits commensurate with each employee's experience and responsibilities.

Sales Development Manager (outbound)

You will drive new business by building and leading outbound prospecting that turns cold lists into a qualified pipeline for our growing customer base.

What you'll do
  • You will build and run targeted outbound campaigns to small businesses and agencies.
  • You will qualify leads, book live demos, and hand off warm opportunities to account executives.
  • You will coach and mentor a small team of SDRs on messaging and sales strategy.
What we're looking for
  • Candidates need 3+ years in outbound B2B SaaS sales, ideally in martech or email software.
  • We want a proven track record of hitting pipeline targets and improving conversion rates.

Director of Sales

You will lead the revenue engine, shape our sales strategy, and build the team that takes SpiceSend to its next stage of growth.

What you'll do
  • You will set the overall sales strategy, targets, and forecasting across the full funnel.
  • You will hire, develop, and lead a high-performing inbound and outbound sales team.
  • You will partner with marketing and product teams to align on positioning and pricing.
What we're looking for
  • Candidates need 5+ years of experience leading SaaS sales teams and deep experience scaling company revenue.
  • We require strong analytical, coaching, and cross-functional leadership skills.
